CECK Civil Construction

Establishment of CECK Civil Construction Company (WBHO would later go on to merge with and acquire).

Began works with Alcoa, a relationship that where WBHO-I continues to deliver projects.

2001

Australia Market

WBHO enters Australia market through the acquisition of an initial 40% interest in Probuild Constructions.

2002

Carr Civil Contracting

Establisment of Carr Civil Contracting

2003

Probuild Civil

Acquisition of Probuild Civil in Queensland

2006

WBHO Civil

Establishment of WBHO Civil in Western Australia

2010

WBHO Civil

WBHO Civil was formed by the merger of CECK (1987 established Civil Construction Company) and WBHO-Carr (incorporating Carr Civil Contracting and Northcoast Contractors). Amalgamation of these companies brings together a long working history of successfully delivering projects throughout Western Australia. Awarded first renewable energy project for the Construction of Stockyard Hill Windfarm in Victoria

2015

WBHO Infrastructure

WBHO Infrastructure formed through merger of WBHO Civil's WA Operations and Probuild Civil.

2020

Excellence in Civil Construction

Awarded CCF WA Earth Award for Excellence in Civil Construction, Project Value $30m - $75m for the Great Northern Highway Upgrade Maggie Creek to Wyndham. Importantly, WBHO-I achieved a 33% Aboriginal participation outcome based on man-hours worked on the Project. As part of this initiative, nine low risk inmates from the local Wyndham Work Camp were employed on the Project on a day release basis, with three becoming full-time employees upon their release.
