The Project included bridge structures and a 7km perimeter road extending from the Airport Access Road north of Margaret River to the Bussell Highway south of Margaret River.

The works consisted of the construction of:
- 2km of perimeter road to connect to Stage One at Rosa Brook intersection
 - 3km long John Archibald Drive and roundabout connection with the perimeter road
 - A 100-metre-long road-bridge consisting of piled foundations, in-situ concrete abutments, piers, steel girders and a precast deck with in-situ topping slab
 - A pedestrian bridge consisting of rock anchors, in-situ foundations and steel bridge span forms part of the Darch walk trail.
 
Key Achievements
Major tie-in/staging requirements at Bussell Highway Northern Intersection collaboratively developed with local stakeholders and Main Roads reduced the impact to the local traffic network.
